I will start by tagging a couple people involved in this. sean21229 RyanMCPlayz Pabl0tron HyperionCreative CaptainTieDye CookieLuv_ So basically what happened was I was chilling on KitPvP after coming home from lunch. A couple hours later, Jack got on, and I was like "Hey that's pretty cool". Then over the course of maybe 30 minutes, a lot of people started coming on. Everyone seemed to want to kill Jack, and I know how that feels. Very annoying, but we'll get back to that later. Jack then gets out (correct me if I'm wrong) what seems to be a god set. He starts off by saying he will team with a select number of people. Within 15 minutes, 50% of the server joined their "truce". It was me and a few other people against the rest of them. I guess the only reason people decided to team with Jack was because he had diamond, and that may have given people the idea he was recording or something. Jack says he won't target anyone in specific unless it's Kyle in diamond. That pissed me off so bad. I don't understand why anyone really even attempts to team with him. I see so many people in diamond (Excluding David because I guess Jack and David are good friends), and who does Jack go after? Me. Even when I bring out a prot 2 iron set, nope, he goes after me and only me. 15 minutes later, Pablo comes on, and everything instantly calms down. Jack is still killing everyone, no surprise, but it seems that everyone stopped teaming. The whole server got engaged in an argument, which was COMPLETELY unnecessary. We were arguing about the difference of trucing and teaming. Pablo kept bringing up that they were not killing others in unison. I have a few problems with that. 1. They are not killing each other, leaving a massive percentage of the player base to spread out and kill more players. 2. If parts of the "truce" meet up, they don't even hit each other. It seems that Pablo joined at the worst time possible. He did not believe that the server was teaming against 5 or so people. I brought up that most of their "truce" was in diamond and iron, but no one cared. One person even tried to defend HIMSELF by saying he wasn't in iron or diamond. That being true, he was still part of a team that was overpowered on its own. Pablo tried to bring up that I have been in this situation before. 1. I have not teamed with most of the server without ignoring staff. 2. When staff takes notice and requests I stop, I stop. That's about when sean21229 and RyanMCPlayz came online. I told them we should go somewhere else, because KitPvP was pissing me off. They asked why, and I explained a short version of the story. We agreed over Skype that kitpvp was not the same as a few months back. We threatened to quit,but even then, it seemed no one cared. Does that give you an idea of staff's feeling towards the player base? What we SHOULD have learned. 1. Players should not team in large numbers with overpowered gear. 2. Players need to be considerate about others, and be wary about domination. 3. When players feel their team is overpowered, they should split the team. 4. Players should realize that other players asking them to stop is a slight difference, but when a staff ignores the problem, they take advantage.
Teaming and truces are not allowed anyway if they are getting a good amount of kills, as defined in the rules.
Most of the people in our team during those "fights" were Pablo, Jack, Cookie, Nikaa and I. Pablo and I were just sitting there almost the whole time, Jack did fighting on and off, and Cookie and Nikaa were just kind of doing their own things collecting Supply crates. It was Jack, Pablo and I in diamond. But our whole "team" or "truce" was doing nothing... In fact I was even killing Nikaa here and there. And the only reason he was targeting you was because you killed his special someone.

So kyle first of when i said i wont target you unless you get diamond out that was a joke if anyone pulled out diamond armour id of went for them. For a good 90% of that day i was sat afk on a tree in prot one diamond i didn't use any god.. Pablo wasn't killing people unless they attacked them and im pretty sure David was sat doing work or something on another tree in total our group got around 10 kills as a total before we where sat just chilling i got probably 23 kills ish. It dosnt matter to me anyway because ive basically quit playing kit pvp now due to its toxic environment and how it effects the community in a negative way. Anyway to sum this up Non of us where even playing getting kills by the time we started teaming.
One thing to say- I call bull upon all of that but I decided I won't be playing KitPvP on the network either.
Kyle I can see your problem. The thing is. We're not attacking anyone. At least I am not. I literally told players "I am not attacking anyone.. so" You claimed that david, jack, nikaa, and several others were actually teaming and attacking players together as a group. No, this is not allowed. The thing is I did not see this. I cannot punish any player for no reason/evidence that is neither given by another player, or taken by me. I spoke to cookie before you left and she said the same thing as you are in this thread. I explained the same thing to her. That I cannot punish for something I didnt see, or no proof was recieved. You guys can easily get a video of teamers/hackers/rule breakers etc. If you have no recording software, its not hard to download one nor is it hard to get somebody that has one. You may be thinking 'well we dont know who has one and who does not have one' Its not hard to ask or pm somebody. Not only that. There are staff online typically on at least one of the servers (survival, plots, prison, kitpvp etc). If not, then back to the previously mentioned solution: Asking or getting a recording software. I can understand the frustration if the case is that they were teaming with each other and killing players. Especially in diamond gear. Yes. They were in diamond gear, but as I saw them while I was online, they were completely passive and even attacking each other as a joke. When someone comes at them trying to attack, they attack but one 'team mate' at a time. Not together.
I would not even consider David as teaming even if Jack (hyperioncreative) was teaming with nikaa. All I saw Jack with was Nikaa. David is afk half the time. Yes, david is in diamond armor 90% of the time. and I can understand a complaint about that. He frequently has a 100+ killstreak and I plan to talk to him about that stuff. When I am in diamond, theres a joke on me about 'PabloTheRambo' and I kill just about everybody. Other than that, I do not team.
I attempt to record anything I see that is wrong. Lately, I have stopped recording due to staff complaints about my quality. And as for downloading another one, my browser is surprisingly slow and I am not able to download almost anything at this point.
