/speed - Suggestion

Hey everyone! So, while on the creative server I was going through plots, and thought it would be nice to have /speed. It is an essentials command, that allows to set your walking speed and flight speed. So if I wanted to go through plots quickly, while in the air I would do /speed 10. (10 is the highest). I think that Players should be allowed to do this.

Enable explosives!

So yeah... Explosives should be enabled. Why, you ask? I want to make a natural-looking cave for a build I have an idea for. I feel TNT helps natural caves because I have symptoms of OCD and if I mine it out myself, it will be a square. Something I came up with is that developers removed that ability because it lags the server, so maybe 2 blocks of TNT at a time, or something like that to prevent lag, because if you don't know, TNT is basically a lag machine. Lol.

For those who don't know, the new update to NC (which is awesome, by the way) featured a new plots plugin for Creative. This plugin stopped players from interacting with redstone on someone's plot unless they are added. For many players, including myself, this is very annoying. Sorry i couldn't judge the contest. really life stuff came up so i wasn't at my pc until later that night in which i looked at a few plots but not many. This is mainly due to the fact i didnt get given your plot location ids which we asked for when we started.
