You can not access mail while muted

You can't access mail while muted why? sometimes u get important mail and while muted u can't get to it? its an issue that needs to be resolved.

 

so u want to punish people so they can't talk and access mail?????

 

But why not just give access to /mail read and just not /mail send? It can't be too difficult to code, can it?
