One of the few reasons anybody plays this server, and it's still not back. Pretty sure Jessie told me in May it would be back very soon. Oh hey look, it's almost 2016 ;-;
The NobleCraft Network staff and development team have been completely focused on prison as is the build team. Im sorry that no one has got round to sorting skyblock out yet because it is something that i liked playing But then you have to consider the priority's our staff have: Prison,Fixing the survival player data bug and things like that are more important currently - Jack

Seeing as prison is now out, sky block will probably release sometime early 2016. Their right. The staff team has been focusing on prison for a long time as well as dealing with the network as a whole. So few months from now, maybe they will start developing sky block. Then we just need factions, more mini games, updates to current servers (ect) Can't wait!
