First, i have been playing survival. I started today, got 9 iron, made an iron block, and tried to repair my items w/ mcmmo. I realized there were jobs and that maybe I needed to get a job. Now I'm just scratching my head trying to figure out how to be able to use repair in mcmmo. Do I need a certain job or is it just removed, etc.Second, there should be a frequently asked questions (FAQ) tab on the website or a command for it.
You simply need the material that makes up said tool to repair it, it's not related to jobs. For instance, an iron ingot will repair an iron pickaxe. Warning though, you'll lose enchants.
For mcmmo stuff you need to hold down your sneak key. It's this way for everything in mcmmo that would normally just be a right-click. In my opinion, it is a nice safeguard to keep you from losing dp items, like omni armor or noble picks. As nedthefed stated(while I was typing all of this), you do have to have the material used to make that item in order to repair it, such as iron ingots for iron gear. For jobs, you can do /jobs browse to view the list of jobs, and /jobs join <jobname> to join a job. You can join up to 3 jobs, and to get paid, just do stuff related to that job, and it will pay you as you do it. Lastly, for the FAQ thing. I have recently begun on a guide that is nowhere near complete. I have some basic stuff put in it thus far, such as tokens, trails, tags, and some survival-related stuff. McMMO repair is a big topic that you can search about on Google and Youtube, but don't worry as it has no correlation or relation to jobs. Jobs are simply a server "exclusive" that give you money for things such as woodcutting and digging, the more you do it the more you get paid (this works on a level system like McMMO) McMMO is a common plugin so it is fairly easy to find info about it, jobs are a server exclusive so if you do get confused either open the jobs GUI (/jobs) or ask a admin.
