As you can probably tell from the title, I have encountered a bit of a problem. My cosmetic level (The one displayed on the side of your name when you type in chat) and token balance, were both reset to zero, and I've noticed a few other players have encountered this problem too. If a staff member could explain to why this has happened or if there is any possible chance of having my tokens and level returned it would be greatly appreciated! - Tetrabyte
