Silk Touch Spam

    If you are on plots and you have a silk touch pickaxe and you mine an ore it says "You will not get exp for mining this". It says this everytime you mine an ore. My chat is only spammed with those words. If you could lessen the amount of times it says that it would be greatly appreciated.

    I've already written the code to redo how EXP works on Survival; instead of simply not getting EXP for mining ore with silk touch, you will instead lose EXP for placing ore. Just need to test and refine it a bit.
