On the new Skyblock server each island has a limit to the amount of it can have. That limit is only 30. This accounts for the Overworld and the Nether. I don't know why this limit exists, I was told it is because of lag but it would be more likely for people to shove a ton of entities (such as chickens) into one block, causing lag as well. A lot of farms need more hoppers than this. I have a grinder in the Overworld and i cant make one in the Nether because of this limit. If the hopper limit cant be taken off completely at least make it higher. Such as 70. I know that this seems like a lot but if you notice, alot of farms have even more hoppers than that on other servers and we could really use it here. Please consider this.
