Remember this is to take to Consideration. Top 3 things needing Consideration around the Noble Craft Network. 1. Lack of staff on less popular servers e.g. KitPvP. I know this can seem controversial to many people. I have spent reasonable amount of time playing the NobleCraft network and near everything but the lack of staff has been quite aggravating. I play on KitPvP a lot, and I've seen less and less staff come and go everyday. I know it can be due to timings and what time people are in the world. Maybe take into consideration more where people come from and how long they can stay on for, even maybe ask What are their favorite NobleCraft servers. For instance You can split the entire staff roles into small areas. (e.g. KitPvP would have their own staff, and same for Survival.) 2. The announcement of Updates a 3-4 Days before they happen. I know making these changes can be difficult. Making yourself prepared and ready for the update before the update is needed is always good. It can leave time to prepare for other types of updates. Take to consideration "Before anything else, preparation is the key to success". 3. Remember the people who you are aiming to help and give entertainment to are the Players. If players give suggestions, (Like I am) Don't ignore them. Act upon what they have said and research ways to make their stay on your server better than anyone else's. Otherwise why should they stay. "We have two ears and one mouth so that we can listen twice as much as we speak" Listen to the people who made your server or whatever it is how it is today, if you didn't have them, What would you had? I am on my phone currently, but I will address the other two suggestions you have made when I can get home. "Lack of staff in less popular servers". Here is the thing, staff have vanish. We are sometimes in vanish, not even playing the server, but instead just moderate. I personally come on kitpvp, and just moderate. It is better to do it that way when they don't know that a staff member is online. If they think that there is no staff member, they think they can get away with the rules. Another thing, if someone messages me to come on kitpvp because someone is breaking the rules, I will come on, and investigate them. Your idea of splitting the staff into different sections, I disagree. We should be able to moderate on any given server we want, and I think it should stay like we are doing now, and have staff ranks server-wide. I know you may not see us on the server, but sometimes we are on, and you just can't see. If you or any other member needs something on another server, message them on the forums, or in game. I can see yes maybe splitting the server staff into separate areas wont help, but ive given it a shot of coming up with a solution and I hope in the future there will be one. Thank you. P.S - While I'm talking to you, there are over 3 hackers roaming on KitPvP. From what ive learnt from other players. It would be much help once you get home you could investigate the problem, Thanks.
I personally never see a single staff member on Creative. I will see staff members here and there on KitPvP, but never close to 24/7. All the staff members I usually see are on Survival and some are sometimes on Plots. This is a problem. Basically ever since I had gotten staff the first time, the staff members were never spread out and people were always complaining.
No that's not it, he means when you guys aren't on at all. Earlier today, PredatorCookie and I were trying to get staff on for almost 3 hours I would say (PredatorCookie came a bit after I joined). I also agree with CaptainTieDye , I would understand if some staff don't like Creative or Plots, or whatever; but it is their JOB. Not to be rude, that doesn't mean they have to be on ten hours a day. At least thirty minutes, some players can't record either. So all they can do is either leave, try to avoid the wrong-doers, or just rage in chat. (I don't recommend the last choice to any members reading this) Active staff come back, we love you!
