So I'm wondering why staff can see what people message to eachother and punish things against the rules that people message. I don't understand why someone can be punished for privately saying something to their friend. Shouldn't people have a right to privacy? Keep in mind that I am NOT criticizing the system but just asking why it is like this.
The issue that we face in this situation is that we might not know if they are your friend. For all we know, it could be someone who is just swearing at a random player, which is why this sometimes happens.
I see the issue here. It would be helpful if the staff investigated the issue a little more before punishing.
