Is this because I'm annoying by enforcing the given rules?

 

1. You're not a staff member to 'enforce' any rules.
2. Not everything is about you.
3. You were also mini-modding.
4. Next time you think someone is breaking the rules - tell a staff member and they will handle it.

I mean that wasn't mini-modding plus anybody is allowed to enforce the rules.
