Do Not leave your island. Look to see what your xyz coordinates are and write them down. Contact a staff member and tell them what your problem is. Don't try to create a new island your old one will be deleted. There is a chance your old island can be saved. When a staff member asks you to create a new island ask them to hold the stuff you have in your inventory and your armor or it will be lost when you fix your island. If you want some help with this issue Noble let me know and I can take care of some of these island issues. You now what permissions will need reset. Just trying to help out.

When this happened a few days ago, I tried doing /is teleport to see if it put me at the usual place on my island, but it instead created a new island, and I lost very good items and over $100,000. Luckily, my island still exists, but it is under the ownership of my friend who I shared the island with. He has been unable to come on the server recently, so he hasn't added me back to the island, so it looks like I'll have to wait on that. Otherwise, I would be really grateful if someone could try to get me at least some of my belongings or money. I have seen very few staff members on whenever I have logged on, and none of them seem to want to help me or have been afk.
