I didn't think I was going to have to make these rules for the forums. But apparently I do. So here they are. Don't Necro-post! This means don't revive a topic that is more than 1 month old. It's not necessary. Don't create a new thread if one already exists. If not sure, do a search for the question you are asking. Our Admins and Mods don't want to have to say the same stuff over and over about the same bug/feature/opinion/latest news. Don't post adverts, questionable material (adult/racist/anti-religion/etc), or random pictures. No one really wants to see another picture of some cat saying "Can Haz Cheezeburger". Don't start thread flame wars. Just don't do it. If you can't have an intelligent conversation on the forums, do us a favor and don't post. No short posts. You don't need to make a post that is nothing but emoticons, or LOL's, or the like. The general rule of thumb: If it's not a proper, complete sentence, don't post it. What the staff says, goes. If they tell you to not do something, or ask you to do something else, there's a reason. Don't ask a load of questions about why you should be doing something. Consequences for breaking rules: Warning on your account. Ban from forums. That's about it.
