Creeper was trying to scam people on the server today by auctioning an item which was renamed to "The winner of this can get 10k." People asked if it was a joke but he did not reply. Since I thought it was real, I bid $120 and won the auction. When I asked for the 10k, he replied "It says you CAN get 10k not will." After this people got on his back and started saying that he was scamming which he continued to deny. Since he kept denying it, I said I was going to post this on the forum in which he quickly said "That is a token for a mini game, which I haven't made yet." After people continued to call him a scammer he gave me the $120 back, but I learned that this was not his first time trying something like this. I am not mad about the money as much as I am about him attempting to scam people.
Heyo, Failmeat ! Judging from your statements and the evidence you've provided, It seems as if creeper tried to pull of a scam. This could be considered as a punishable offense. According to your statement, Creeper returned the money that he supposedly scammed via the auction; therefore we cannot consider this issue as scamming.
