I've been curious what time they reset. Mainly due to people complaining that they never get any. From what I know they reset at midnight. Going off the ping and trace to hub.noble-craft.net. The reset is midnight GMT-6. Below is a world chart, starting from server time moving clock-wise, that I believe is the correct reset times for showing what time you -should- get your air drop flares.
Finally, sumwun luvz Hawaii Standard time. Anyway, this is really interesting, I thought they came at 6pm for me, but clearly not.
