I personally think you are asking too much. For your number one, ranked people usually know their warps by now, no one buys a rank instantly (though I mean, sure if it's that much of a deal, but really ?) . Number two makes me wonder as to what sort of kit do you want a ranked person to have, since you already get paid in game money when you rank up and it's no small amount either.

Number four I don't get at all, the public mines and your own plot mine is more than enough, I don't see why ranks should have their own personal mine and what sort of mine are we even talking about ? The one that resets like the public one ? What's the point of that ?

And number five is absolutely outrageously lazy and ignorant towards us who bother spending the time to level up.

None of these so called "problems" are required to be fixed, those are just massive advantages YOU want to get, so you can be lazy just because you paid couple of bucks. The entire point of the survival plots would be taken away, since players would be in great disadvantage over ranked people, the way it is now, it still remains pretty alright.
