They're different in their own ways, but both are bannable. Trolling is a bit of a broader rule than griefing. The general thing about trolling is if it's annoying the player, then it can be considered trolling and can be punished. At least, that's how I see it in my opinion. Griefing on the other hand is legitimately stealing and/or destroying another player's structures or items.
