Woohoo for staff who say "we're here but you can't see us"

I know right! I know for a fact they weren't banned because I just sat there and waited. I couldn't get staff because I was muted. I was muted because I got angry at someone for hacking and I said "wtf" I got muted for profanity and the hacker remains on Noble Craft. Thanks staff, for ensuring we all have a great time!

And anticheat isn't an option, people could easily lag out, and end up flying/block glitching, resulting in a ban for fly hacking and phase.

Allow me to break down what you've said about this situation. First, you stated in the original status update that no staff were on. You don't have to immediately tell staff, you can record and upload a video yourself and file a ban report as an option. Yes, they won't get punished immediately, but we'll actually KNOW about it, thus allowing us be able to punish them accordingly.

You've also stated that you were muted during this. You still can contact staff, as you, being a former staff member, should know we're able to see /msg commands. This works even if that player is muted. Therefore, you can go to other servers and /msg staff members, and we'll see it, which allows us to help even players who are muted.

Also, back to the no staff online, we do have other responsibilities in real life. We can't be on the server 24/7. We have school, jobs, and some have even more than that. This is another reason why I must highly encourage you and anyone else to consider filing ban reports too.

That's why I've made a point in previous applications that I'm on when most staff- or even players- aren't on. On the rare occasion something goes wrong within the network during late-night hours, I'd be able to deal with it. However, I haven't been accepted.

Some players are not able to record, and I am one of them. Also what you said about doing /msg, I DID do that in fact. The staff member didn't take the hint and continued playing the game. I also tried finding other staff, which to my "convenience" weren't on. You say that you can't be online 24/7 and I believe you.

(Continuation) Though when there are close to 30 people on the staff team, and you see 2 online a week. People are just taking up spots and not doing their actual job. So if you are trying to tell me that I am some "raged player who doesn't understand what it's like in the staff "universe"." Then you are wrong. I know what it is like. I know how many get on, and how many just want the rank for bragging purposes.

I am not saying that you don't understand. Heck, I really can't say that, considering you once were a part of the team. The staff member who didn't see the msg commands I would say would be to blame in my opinion.

Also, for your point about some being on the team and not doing their job, there are some who mainly work on the forums, and some who do other things behind the scenes. However, I do see where you are going with that.

Also, I don't really know for what reasons they decline you, _BlameLew_. I am not a part of the applications team that actually accepts/rejects applicants.

That is a pretty good quality though in my opinion, allowing there to be staff even at late hours.

Yeah, when I was staff I was on when most weren't xD. I remember staying up when no other staff members were awake until like 4 am, because the British staff members were awake then. xD
