Not to minimod- but
1. Noble informed you to report a staff member in the appropriate place.
2. If you are muted, you shouldn't be bypassing in any way, in my opinion, but if Pablo said it was OK, so be it.
3. I don't know how you can be sure staff have no proof. They probably share their own proof with other staff members. Staff do their job just as good as us members keep the server running.

I talked to Penguin when I saw this comment on my profile. To you, I never said that bypassing was allowed. Not for the reason you used /msg at least (to talk trash to players I.E. UntoldPvPz) I told you that you can use /t or /msg to casually talk to players. not to talk trash and disrespect them or staff. I gave your account

Appoints a ban because of two times of staff disrespect. I saw what penguin punished you for, and told him that its okay to /msg a player but just not to talk trash. He said "okay but he was still disrespectful. Ill continue a talk with PenguinFisher

I didn't disrespect him i told him kindly that he banned someone for hacking that wasn't hacking
