Bad PSU, Your consumption is only 337W so unless you're planning on buying a second GPU get a 500/550/600W PSU.
If you're going to buy a system that good, I'd look into swapping out that i5 for an i7 4770k/4790k

Plus, you're going to want a CPU cooler, the stock one won't base as good really, I'd recommend a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO.
Last thing, where is your computer case! I personally love the Corsair Spec-03 Blue because it's fairly cheap and looks like a beast. Though you'll want to add a second blue fan on the front for an extra awesome look.

Semi modular has a few cables permanently attached into the power supply, fully modular is a box that literally just has a wall of different types of sockets you plug everything into. Fully Modular is prettier because you can manage the cables 100% as you wish.
