So!! i was so happy when i saw this off topic thread because during my past 20 hours of being on a ton of meds I've practically acted like a druggo. -_- So my QOTW (question of the week) is what do you guys think of miley cyrus and all of her shenanigans. i mean like if you haven't heard and if you haven't well, girlfriend catch up on 2k15 well, she was american sweet heard miley cyrus on the classic show hannah montana.... uhm honestly i have seen every single show every made..... and i uhm... kinda own blankets and pillows, and stuffed toys, and all of her dvds. Okay> but i don't use it anymore.... unless I'm in like a really babyish mood and watch mickey mouse club house. but then on her 18th birthday someone gave her some like bong smoking contraption idk. And they filmed it, then she cut off her hair, went insane, post pics of hippies on instagram, made can't stop, got naked on a wrecking ball, got a pet pig, and now makes memes of her self with baby miley. so yeah, quite and american sweetheart..... But props to her for writing-- someone else and maybe your right. those songs are my life. my birthday is in a month. yay. presents.
It pays off to stand out in the music industry, who will otherwise remember your name? Let's face it, she'd most likely be forgotten soon due to being 'normal'. People would remember her for making the tv show Hana Montana but then, what more? It pays off and I think she realized it, besides, it's fun to create your own world, your own norms and not care what anyone else thinks -‿‿- I think Miley can do whatever she wants unless it's illegal, if she wants to pierce a cucumber through her ear, it's up to her xD
See, I have mixed feelings about good old Miley. I respect her for being who she wants to be and not stay stuffed into that Disney box where she might be forced to be someone she's not, however, I don't respect the decisions she made once she was out of that box.
My feelings on Miley Cyrus are good and bad. I liked Miley as Hannah Montana. I know some of her songs and I liked the show. Now, as you get older your views change. She has grown up into an adult. An inappropriate and gross adult. Also, Mintx3 does have a point, any publicity is what makes you noticeable. See we are talking about her, not Taylor Swift or Calvin Harris. I do see why she is doing this for that reason, not that I approve though. Those are my thoughts on Miley Cryus.
I'm kind of with shrek, but I know none of her songs she got out of the box, and then decided to think outside the box, and then performed outside of the house. She screwed herself up, and all of my friends from school called her the wrecking ball. She wrecked her own fame.
