Please oh please don't do this guys.

First off guys if you applied for helper or build team member or anything don't hound staff members about,for example "when are they going to be announced" or "did i get accepted or not" that thing is annoying just to see and I know for a fact that its super annoying for staff members. I see all the time on the forums and in chat players hounding staff members about their application. Its better to just wait the time, because there were a ton of applicants for Helper. Which that takes a while to look through each individual application to see who is best suited for the position. Just wait the time honestly, be patient the list will be out soon.

This is so true lol. Don't do this, because it also lowers your chances of getting accepted.

 

When people come to me asking about their applications, I just don't reply anymore. It's rude to ask and I'm not apart of any of those teams (i.e. Build Team). I just handle the forums man

 

I'm glad somebody understands. It does get kinda annoying when players constantly ask me about it. I'm not rude to them, I just tell them that I have nothing to do with those kind of teams ( Apps Manager / Apps Reader, etc )

 

Just wait, they WILL read your app sooner or later and decide what'll happen to it, just give it time.A thing as I've seen on other servers who've experienced the same problem implements rules like ''if you mention your application it'll be denied''. I don't want it to come to a point like that as it limits what we can talk about and get a few applicants denied because for some, it'd maybe spill easier than you think.. I hope I could contribute at least something to this, have a nice day ^^

 

My wisdom must have rubbed off a bit on Penguin! Woah! And Yes, it honestly does get a bit annoying. And so everybody just Be Patient. In my head I was comepletely sure that I was denied when I had posted my application for Helper. But I was patient. And look at me now!

 

Its just very annoying and I feel bad that all staff members have to deal with this sort of thing, and like I said if its annoying for me to see then its definitely annoying for staff. So please guys don't do this, I cant stress that enough.
