Ranks disapeared

I had 4 different ranks before the reset on PlotsMC (Donator,VIP,Bigmac,Supporter) , and now I only have supporter. I would really appreciate if I could at least get donator back. I spent over $45 to purchase these ranks and only getting 1 is unfair. So any staff member that can help please help.

If a forum commander does not resolve this problem in the next 12-24hours I will resolve it.

 

I still have not gotten any rank back other then supporter but I want donator back more then anything.

 

Sorry about that, Baccafan! I just seen this thread, as soon as I get home, I will inform Noble, or Marv, to have your rank manually changed.

 

I payed over $45. So why do I only get a rank worth about $30?

 

I specificaly remember purchasing Donator,VIP,Bigmac, and Supporter Which were 4 ranks that if you added all up were over $45.
