Can't Join Noble-Craft! Help! D:

I am an avid player on NobleCraft's Skyblock server, and I also am on Survival Plots sometimes, but earlier today, I have become unable to join for some odd reason. Every time I try to join, I get the following message:

java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: no further information:

That's what it throws at me when it fails to connect. The server seems fine according to the homepage, and it's only started earlier today. I have tried the following:

1) Restarting MC after closing it out, but not closing the launcher.(I have it set for the launcher to re-appear after I close MC)
2) Restarting MC completely.(This time closing the re-appearing launcher)
3) Restarting my laptop.

Any idea on how I can be able to connect?

Sorry for the downtime, I myself, am experiencing this issue. We hope to resolve this swiftly.

 

You sure it's the server being down? Because at the same time I had been trying to connect, my friend was actually on the server with no problem.

 

Now that you say it, I have been hearing that other players are able to join no problem. To be quite honest, I have no idea what is causing this unusual bug.

im unable to join NC as this message (Unable to contact mojang services)
while im unable to join, i tried several other server and i can access their server just fine... O_O..
idk what went wrong...

after 30mins unable to login, im finally able to join! yay

 

yA add me to the list of people who cant connect... I get both of the errors listed above depending on how I try to connect to the server. Other non NC servers work for me / I've tried 1.7 and 1.8 and all the service seem to be fine at Mojang ( https://help.mojang.com/ ) - always good to check that site if you are having connection problems... some times they tell the truth LOL

 

Noblecraft's provider is down. Some people can connect because of where they are located but others cannot. I cannot connect aswell.

 

Well, any idea on when the server provider will be back up?

 

I know the owner is online and aware of the issues... at this point just keep trying to connect if you're hardcore... sometimes you can get on. I just keep trying. Someone mentioned something about a Port issue... it's making me Wine in a fortified manor.
