We are fixing the ranks, thank you very much. Just please remember that our positions as staff are voluntary as we have lives to live. We're doing our best with the time we have for NC.
I did notice that when global ranks were put in place people lost their regular ranks on creative... is that being fixed? My son spent a month saving month to rank up there so I could join his plot and since I can't build with him now he plays mostly tekkit. He said it's ok he can just login and go afk for a month on the spare computer... so does have a plan figured out. LOL
We're trying to fix the issue globally, but players can send in direct requests for their ranks and we'll fix them ASAP.
cool thanks good to know, you should have someone post here when you guys are finished, If it doesn't correct itself by then we well ask to have it adjusted.
