In the multiplayer screen in the MC log in NC is in red and says: Can't connect to server If the Server status on this web site is correct there seems to be people online. Neither my son or I can log in from the PC or MAC, and Mojang looks ok... any ideas? Been like this for a few hours.
Sent you a message here in the conversations... hope it helps sort things out. BTW ran it several times... all results were about the same.
Many players are having this problem as well, I don't currently know what might be happening. But it's not just for two or three players, lots of us. We're trying to see what might be going on. Sorry for the problem.
I've mailed Noble some tracerts from the other day... but at this point I've been down for 2 full days again.
Well shrek you are not one of the "many" then, was there a point you were trying to make or are you just teasing the people less fortunate than yourself? Bad Fluffy! Stand in the corner and feel shame for 5 minutes.
Check and make sure you're able to access other servers on Minecraft. If not, your firewall might be blocking the game. If possible, move your system to another area with different Internet and try accessing NC. If you can, then you have a possible proxy issue with your internet and NC. I'm not connection genius, just some ideas that you can try. #troubleshoot
Ya, no... I can connect to everything, other non NC servers work fine, I'm still getting my MC fix. The connection to NC make it off my servers network (AT&T/BELL/NTL/Aliant...) Canada's phone company is pretty much all one system), it heads through Toronto, Montreal, Moncton, Halifax at which point it makes it off (the phone company)'s network... and dies at fastreturn.net (a hosting company). What I'm interested in (since we have no high speed cable internet here in the middle of nowhere - which would be the other network I could use)... is are the other people having issues on the Bell network? If the server is blocking connections from the phone network they are blocking hundreds of thousands of people pointlessly.
Phone networks in my area (like 100 mile radius) suck when it comes to internet. Where I live, I can understand your situation with a high speed internet connection). My highest download rate is 1.5mbps. It could be a possibility that it is your phone network.
Can't see it being the phone network since everything else works fine... looking at 4.3mbps currently. No it's more like Canada was blacklisted or at least 3 million of us in Ontario, LOL. BTW if you want to forward me the contact info and stuff, I have some spare time to talk with the hosting company to try to sort things out if you're interested.
The current issue is due to our mitigations' PoP being down near your location. Do a ping test on the server (hub.noble-craft.net) and send me to resulting IPs, and I'll see if I can get it resolved.
day 4... so where is the server located... my car works, maybe I could deliver the packets personally. stupid internet routing.
