Okay, so, earlier today, I was playing, everything normal, on Prison. Rank R. I go away, shower, work on a project, come back, and when I log on, I am rank A. . . What the heck! I was so mad! What happened?! Could any staff help me out here? And, to prove I was, I have a screenshot. I mean, I was only rank P in it because it was a bit earlier, but I still have prove. I need help, please. I love this server and it sucks that It seems I have to start again. . .
Same im vip on OPprison and i can't get to the vip mine :/ and it set me back to A mine. It has taken my VIP perk away aswell. Please give me my rank back soon or i don't know.
Ranks will be returned to players as soon as it is dealt with. Inventories should not have been cleared. Plots stayed the same. Same goes for donators; their rank on Op-Prison will be regiven. Problem is still being resolved. All players' ranks were set to A for some unknown reason. I would not rankup now because surely, money will stay the same when ranks are fixed. If you have already done so and ranked yourself up with leftover money, staff is not responsible for it.
Sorry to come back to this, but do you have an estimate of when the issue will be fixed? Just curious.
No, it wasnt him or his real account. And second, this happened A week before this notch thing. The notch thing only affected PlotsMC.
