It has been a long while since we have made a proper announcement for staff recruitment. People such as Noble Productions, Marvanjo and I have discovered the need for more staff. We have all decided to announce that we’ll be looking over new applications this weekend. If you have submitted an app and it’s still pending, we’ll look over that too. Well, to apply, you must have a total of 30 days and 20 posts on the site, before you can make an official Trial Moderator Application. If you meet the requirements, you will need to click the tab “Trial Moderator” to apply. Is there some sort of template? There is not. After clicking the Trial Moderator tab, you will find the questions are right there for you. To answer the questions, fill the box in to the right of the question. After you are done with the application, it will be posted in the correct forum and it’ll say it was posted by @NobleProductions. What is the whole application process? Once your application is submitted, it shall be reviewed by a member of staff. If they find your application worthy for further review, they will bump it up to the sub forum “Confirmed Applications.” Once or if your application reaches that point, you will be interviewed on the Noble-Craft Team Speak. Once person will be asking you questions about yourself and giving a variety of situations for you to handle. There will be a few others listening in to the interview. The Ts3 address is ts3.noble-craft.net. When will this application process end? The staff recruitment period will run from Friday, October 3rd to Sunday, October 5th. We recommend all applications to be in by Saturday, but we will take them Sunday morning as well. We will get back to you within the three day span of the staff recruitment period. We will be doing interviews at 9:00PM Central Standard Time on both Friday and Saturday. We will be holding last call interviews on Sunday at 4:00PM CST. Remember, this interview is only for those whose application is confirmed, if you aren’t able to make it, we can always make an exception. If you are accepted, all orientations will be held on Sunday night, but if you are accepted, but not able to make it, we will find another date.
