Hey everyone, I'm sure you've seen this somewhere or another across the internet. The ALS Ice Water Challenge is where you are nominated by someone to donate to the ALS foundation or pour a bucket of ice water over themselves. In case you don't know what ALS (Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis) or Motor Nerone Disease is, it affects a person’s ability to move voluntarily. MND stops people eating, walking and talking, for example, but doesn’t stop them from thinking or feeling, effectively leaving sufferers ‘locked in’ to their bodies.
