I voted for a revamp but I change it to reset. The idea of being able to do more with a reset appeals to me as I've felt like the Skyblock server has been severely lacking in several aspects—but to be fair, I am biased towards a reset because I haven't invested as much time into Skyblock. Regardless, I'd like to think the general consensus would be towards a reset because bigger changes are worth sacrificing any previous work players have done, especially since the player count on the server is exceptionally low. What's the point in keeping everything on a server that hardly gets played on anymore, you know? Also, I imagine that the concept of the server starting over would give more players motivation to go out and be competitive with each other as they try to reach the top (again).
Yeah. I felt the same. I skipped over Noble's long paragraph and voted for revamp. I understood revamp as a verb but it was meant as a noun. To whoever said they worked hard on their island, revamping wont do Skyblock justice. It's already a lost ship and adding things to it still won't make anyone find it. Best to just nuke the ocean and start from scratch. EDIT: BTW can we get the option to change our Poll choice? That would help those with a misunderstanding vote for the right option.
Would it be possible to tell us if we are getting a reset or a revamp, or do we have to wait? I would also like to add something. This is coming from the richest player and owner of the island with the most levels. Skyblock is boring. There is basically nothing to do on it. If you all want a revamp to it, actually start playing it so it won't be a waste of time to revamp it. If it gets reset, we know for fact that everybody will want to be playing it to be the best on there. Skyblock is as dead right now like the dinosaurs. Consider how it may affect the server and what is better for it.
I just think Skyblock should be a project like Survival 2.0, maybe with a better design than it's current.
