I was wondering if Minecraft's EULA would be effecting the Noble Network. I would like to know if there will be any points where we will not be able to connect to the server, or for people who are interested in purchasing from the buycraft store, if that will be temporarily closing, while you fine EULA friendly packages, like tags.

Sam, a LOT of servers are being affected by the EULA agreement. Luckily, we are not on the blacklist... yet. All we know is that we are trying our best. They only other thing we can do is just cross our fingers.

Most servers I play on are taking down their buycraft because of this, telling people to be aware of it. I was wondering, and I'm glad, that NC is not yet ob that blacklist, but NC is not exactly 'pay2win' so hopefully we shall not be effected.

The network is to small to make it on the blacklist from my eyes. I would say we are safe.

Im not the kind of person to quit servers, but I quit this server because it's such a small community. Coming from me and my knowledge of smaller servers, that is saying a lot.

I do agree with Kyle, the server is "small". I haven't looking much into the EULA but from what y'all are saying, I hope that doesn't happen to the server.

The community has died down a lot, to be honest. Not a lot of interesting things happen often, I feel like that's why a lot of people are leaving. There isn't a lot keeping them on the server, for me, I'm waiting for Golden Hearts and I talk with my friends. I've already done everything I need to on all the other servers. Hopefully we'll get more people on and things will get interesting.. c:

I also think the server is beginning to get a bit stale, i havent stayed on the server for more then 15 minutes before leaving in the past 2 months.

See, I love NC. I've had some of the best memories and experiences here. Just, the community was too small and the forums are dead. Same 15 people on all the time, 2 alerts a day. On my new server, I get an alert maybe every 10 minutes. So many threads to reply to. This all leads back to my original point. The server is small. Like Cookie said, the server is dying. So I do hope NC is not affected by the EULA, but it might be one of the servers that are not decided yet.

Continuing from my previous post, too lazy to edit.

Maybe the server slowly decreasing is a good thing. We are high on some voting lists, but not a very large overall server. If I remember correctly, our highest playerbase was around 200. That was around noon on a Saturday, so no surprise there. Again, I do hope NC will not be affected. It will come down to when developers decode those last few servers on the website that was found.

Nothing for you to be worried about. We have our plans, we will not be closing the server, nor the store. Things will go on as normal. We have been aware of this since it came to fruition and have plans for it when the time comes.

This itself doesn't just give you the right to then talk down the server.
This is part of the reason why people steer away from servers; those who claim it is 'dying' when it is nowhere near that. Sure, we don't have a lot of players on the servers like we did a couple of months ago, but that doesn't change the fact that we still have a lot of people that like to visit our server and site. I know exactly what server you are talking about, I know the person that got it to where it is today, and it didn't get there because of what you might think. Either way, you want the server and forums to be more active, then why don't you actually encourage people to be active, rather than driving them away by scaremongering. We're supposed to be a community that both loves Minecraft, and loves this server. But coming on here every day just to find something to talk down about is quite the opposite of loving this server, something in which you claim you do actually love.

I can tell you right now, we have thousands upon thousands of page views each and every day on this site.

The same goes for others on here. If you want people to be more active on the servers, then encourage them to sign up on the site and interact with the community. In fact, last night, we just accepted two new Helpers, KayeKat who joined in March 2016, and Kataclysmical who joined in September 2015. They have both been exceptional in game to new and existing players, and are two people you should definitely take notes of if you want to know how you should be acting on the server to others.

Anyway, that's enough off topic talking. When it becomes more relevant to us, we will make an announcement, but until then, keep playing as you are, because we are not on the list.
