Gentlemen, There's a teeny little claim at X: 4797, Z: 4451 - you can't miss it, it's a little shack sitting next to the castle I've been building. It's claimed by TeamBacca57. There was another player on, King_Of_Baccas08, who is allegedly TeamBacca57's brother, and apparently - according to him - TeamBacca57 gave up his computer for lent. I have no clue; that's the story. Either way, the player doesn't appear to have modified the claim at all since the day he claimed and started it, and he's not responding to email. I'm attempting to build out my claim and it's kind of in the way. Could it possibly be removed? I don't think anything of tremendous value will be lost. Cheers!
I just want to note that just because land looks untouched from the surface doesn't mean it is untouched at the bottom. Some people, like me, claim land but build near bedrock.
Very good point! I don't believe this is the case, though. I'm also not looking to cause trouble for anyone, merely attempting to find a solution; since the guy who claimed the small square isn't communicative and doesn't appear to be doing anything constructive, I'm following the procedure recommended to me by a moderator. Just FYI, I've claimed about 50,000 blocks here, including surrounding the claim in question.
If the player in question hasn't been on in up to 30 days, we will remove the claim. However, if they are active but have moved somewhere else, we require the owner of the claim to give permission for us to remove it.

You do know lent is just a catholic tradition where they give up something till Easter so he should be back on now
