With all due respect, I don't think the way to get Staff is to insult the current Staff members and beg for a shot. As we speak, examinations are starting for a lot of people. I would expect a lower player and Staff count due to this, life is simply more important. If you want to get on the Staff team, you can submit an application every two weeks.
Sorry if you were under the impression that I was being rude to current staff members, and sorry for begging, it's just that I have applied "MANY" times and I don't get accepted. And I don't get a response of what is wrong and what I need to include next time.
After doing a quick look, you have only applied three times. You requested what improvements were needed on all three, the first one has a response, the second one unfortunately does not, and the third one was far too recent so a response will be coming. Maybe instead of blaming the system for not getting a Staff position, look for ways to improve your application and how you are seen in the community. Your applications are full of heavily inconsistent capitalisation, and the answers generally are only a few lines long. I personally don't take offense to this, as I know I dedicate a lot of my free time working here, but the title says it all - "Staff are too inactive."
Okay,I'm sorry, i will try harder and harder, until I hopefully get staff, I'll keep applying till I'm 16, if I don't ever get it, I know that I'll never be good at anything. I'm sorry for bothering you and wasting your time on an 11 year old.... I'll try not to bother you again.
I actively encourage anyone to apply for Staff because the more people to help, the better. There's nothing saying you can't spend a day or two on writing an application. The point wasn't to shoot you down, you've not wasted my time either. I'm applications lead, so it's kinda what I do if there's issues regarding applications.
Okay, Next time I apply, can you look at it instead of OriginalyGaming all the time. Also, I know I'm most likely going to get denied for asking staff about looking at my application, I just have a question. Does the application team look at BT apps? Because I applied for builder about a week ago and no replies or anything..
Everyone looks at the application, not just one person. The application is discussed and once someone decides a decision has been made they respond. Original may have responded, but that is just down to her being an active member of the apps team. Unfortunately not, the build team is separate from the apps team, we only work with Staff.
