• We have a few shops and areas for shops if any one wants to make one rent for shop areas is 300$ a month

• For a Small house (10x10x5 ) there is little to no rent buy for 80$ capacity:5
  
• For a Medium house (10x20x5 ) there is a rent of 20$ a week buy for 130$ capacity:10
  
• For a Large house (20x20x5 ) or ( 10x20x10) there is a rent of 40$ a week buy for 200$ capacity:20
  
• for a mansion ( not available yet sorry for the inconvenience )
• Land plot S (10x10xbuild limit ) buy 70$
• Land plot M ( 20x10xbuild limit ) buy 100$
• Land plot L ( 20x20xbuild limit ) buy 170$
• building permit cost:100$
• Fishing permit (fishers do not need this) cost:150$
  
• Notice you can upgrade your house but we ask that you get a permit for it from the owners
  
• If you get a job here we will deduct your rent (if you have one ) from your pay ( if you earn enough ) if you want us to.

Hey so I'm the new head builder of the town and i was going to do this a few weeks ago but i'm capable to build very impressive houses/anything the town needs and i haven't had any requests for building needs and wanted to ask the people of soren if they needed any building needs.

 

Good to see some new towns posted here, as the need grows and we get a few more towns I will see what I can do about adding some features here for you to use.
