Don't have to, can already tell you the efficiency will be lowered if they're sharing spawning space. Which they definitely are.
Spawners have a 6 mobs limit area, in which if there is more than 6 of the same type to the spawner in a 17x17x9 area (centered on the spawner) it will become inactive until they're gone. You could probably get away with putting a couple in the same block, due to mob stacking combining the entities, making 6 > 1 quickly, but ultimate efficiency is only 1 type per block.
I see.. But since it's a blaze farm, they "float" into the 1x2x1 hole where I grind in. I can stack up a few hundred mobs in a couple minutes, so I assume it's not bad. But I see where you're coming from as far as how to make it better.
Mob Spawners try to spawn four mobs every 10-39.95 seconds, so if there is more than 2 mobs left in that room after 10 seconds, it has been bottlenecked. Plus, even with two spawners. Say they both try to spawn 4 mobs in the same second? It'll only spawn 6 tops, and you'll have lost 25% of the mobs that could have spawned.
Could you make a video on how to make a good spawner farm for spider, zombie/skeleton, and blaze? Or does someone have a good farm that I can look at and see how it's built?
