What is the server plan regarding 1.9? Will there be a reset or will it just be updated etc. Just curious. Thanks!
The sooner Noble Craft is 1.9 only, the sooner it can phase out most hacked clients as most hack client developers have quit or stopped updating their clients. True, there will always be clients like that, but best to phase out the older ones.

Lag is not caused by frames or graphics, it's caused by connection which is your latency, ex /ping. Reduce your Minecraft graphics to bare minimum, this means no fancy stuff. If 2 still gives you poor frames (FPS) consider updating your graphics drivers or getting equipment that can run Minecraft at bare minimum.
