Dont get me wrong before you finish reading this thread, I like when players ask questions, but sometimes they just don't make any sense at all. We need more ways for ONLY donors to play on the server, without players. The Beta opening of Comp 1v1 for donors was really nice without kids fighting and stuff every 5 seconds. Let's take survival as a good example of this. Since survival isn't very straightforward, and has a lot of special commands. I personally did not know how to go into the wilderness. Players would ALWAYS ask this, and it annoys players who have played for a long time. This is basically a joke now. "What do tokens do?" All of the long time players, even ones who don't include donors, know wha tokens do and it becomes SO repetitive that it's just a complete annoyance now. How this would work is this. Donor players would have a seperate compass that would give them the ability to see the selection of donor players. The command to get to the server would be like Code: /survival-d . If a player manages to know the command, it would obviously be locked for them. We would of course have access to the other servers, because it's likely that donors are long-time players that previously spent lots of time on the server.
I like this idea. In fact, I actually came up with an idea kind of like this, but I didn't tell anyone
Noi please, #Don'tSegregatePlayers. Let's take a look at our constitution: (If you don't live in America, you can go) Not sure why I posted that, but still. I am not a fan of the idea. Also, if anyone knows what tokens do, feel free to message me.. That's a joke, I know what they do.
You don't think YOU'RE being racist? Implying that people with the Player rank are the ones that cause trouble in the community. They also cause disruptions by fighting "every 5 seconds". You are being a racist popsicle here, pal.
I just want a popsicle. anyway, its most players who cause trouble, call it a stereotype if you want. Nothing is wrong with players, they can show a lot of dedication to the server, as you have. And I'm totally not racist.
If you aren't a racist popsicle, then you are a racist zebra. You make it sound like Players and Donators are completely different beings. Just because someone didn't spend money on a rank on a video game, doesn't mean you can zebra around and tell me that we are the main cause of problems. Watch it pal, or I'll throw a flower pot at you. All in all we are actually all players. lolbye DJ Khalid --- Double Post Merged, Feb 19, 2016, Original Post Date: Feb 19, 2016 --- Why, thank you:
If donators had their own "server" then it would spread staff out even more. If donators were able to toggle players who haven't donated, it would be much harder for players who are in need of a /fix or someone to set a warp. If normal players were able to do that then that would a little better. <- Saw another forum about something like that. Sorry, but I personally think it's a bad idea. Also, I bet when you first started (or when tokens first were intoduced) that you didn't know what they were. Over them we learn what they are or we take a "shortcut" and ask more experienced players. Think of it like this, because they are asking you, they see you as a knowledgeable player. Spoiler: Hehehehe Debatable... Spoiler: ;) LOL... Jk. -Dadsbuddy13
This can come from a lot of different perspectives. I don't see this being added, but it's just an opinion. Here's an example. Just now, I ran into a couple players on Survival. They were speaking some dialect of English, and I told them what Ace had told me about telling other players what you are saying, and they said ok. However, they claimed me to be a troll and started making disrespectful comments towards me. The reason I started the discussion in the original post was because some players don't know the server's standards, respect level, and at the least, our straightforward rules. Maybe as normal players gain staff trust, they can have access to donor servers, but it would only be up to them.
It would be nice is Noble-VIP's had early access to newly developed servers as Beta Testers so they could find any bugs, glitches or changes that should be fix/made. Citing NobleProductions 's comment in my other thread: Enabling the highest paid rank to beta test, after Quality Assurance is done testing, for a week or two could be a perk towards it. Whether their progress would reset or remain is up to management. However, those players would have to actually report the bugs and glitches, if any. EDIT: Sorry if it seems like I was high jacking the thread. I was going off of this:
But would beta testing go towards the actual release? For example, if I get 64 diamonds in the beta testing due to something that later gets removed, will I have those diamonds afterwards?
Welp kyle. I am a donor but i dont rlly like this idea. Because the inital thought of freaking noble is to be A FRIKING COMMUNITY if u split the damn players up, whers the point in that? moderators will also have more trouble moderating
I kind of have to agree with xdarksurayax, being a donor does not necessarily make people become a pro at the game, somebody could play sky block all the time and then go into survival and still not know what to do. The whole idea of a community is to help one another and noble does a great job in that, though I do understand that whining players can be annoying, well why don't the rules and how to play be more clear, such as when they come to a new game mode they get a command or a book with it. It is much simpler than splitting the community in half just because you don't want noobs. If this happens and this new donor only game mode gets more features than not having noobs, well that's the start of a Pay-2-Win server: nobody likes that, do they?
