NobleCraft- *Opinions*

This isnt about the rank any more this is about the mass of disrespect the noblecraft staff team have given me since it happened. Spam on my videos constant removal of any forum post i made. I did say it was not my intent to bring up a massive argument over this and that it was a mear suggestion that should of been fixed and went over with the staff team a long time ago. I see that the forum post looks a little aggressive towards the server but in all truth it really wasn't it was just me stating what was on most of the communitys minds and bringing up a problem that people where to lazy to have asked to be fixed. The rank means nothing to me any more it was tarnished a long time ago all i ask is for staff to stop teating me with such disrespect because of a simple bit of constructive criticism.

 

O about those flames haha sorry about that i was just running around and punching if you need anything or want anything as payment i can always just give you some stuff to say sorry but i honestly thought i was just lagging and that the flames would come back because they have protection on that kinda stuff

 

Jack, you told me noble said you could get the YouTuber rank. I quote you EXACTLY:
"Noble said I could get it".

You went on for 10 - 15 mins about how noble said you could have it and asking if I could apply the tag. I don't lie and I have no reason to get involved otherwise. We can't have OFFICIAL Youtubers, those the community look up to constantly talk bad about the server. It damages us unfairly because it over dramatizes small little issues.

Only mistake I made was trusting your word. I was relentless in giving you YouTuber but you convinced me Noble had said you could. I was new at the time so why would I make such huge decisions on my own without Noble. I now learnt that you can't trust someone anymore, even if you consider them a friend. I would of never decided on my own to give you YouTuber.

 

12 flames separated from each other by distance. Creepers constantly falling from the top. Yet you think you're lagging on each flame. No. You weren't lagging, you were trolling and you know it.

I decided to look up your YouTube. 254 followers, not too shabby. A bunch of videos with music and one flaming NC a couple of days ago, Mr. NisovinIllusion.

Your channel is just a bunch of mumbo jumbo to me, pun intended. But, if that's what 254 people like watching then props to them.

To be frank, Hyperion reminds me of that kid a few years ago who made YouTube vids about NC flaming it because he couldn't get his way. I just can't remember their name... HM... Must be a faded hype, another pun intended.

Lew if your trying to quote me at least get it correct first "Lew is noble around i want to talk to him about getting the youtube rank i think i might be able to get it" That wont be exact to the point because it was a while ago but it was way closer than the lie you are trying to tell. I didnt talk bad about your staff i said that a few can be lazy at times sure which is a fair point to be made but main focus was suggesting you sort out your staff team and get the back to the standards you had originally for them. if you want me to start beaking your staff team lets start with the fact that one of them is literally just staff because they are nice and yet they dont even do anything at all or how about one that cant see hacks correctly even though they are the one that always gets asked to look at hackers by other staff. see i could be that guy and i dont want to be but your starting to make this impossible to bare.

I am posted that not only because I don't care about this fight, but also because I think the thread should be locked before any more arguing breaks out. Though clearly you like to break up what I say and argue over little things, so please, calm yourself.

 

It isn't an argument, it's a statement. It's needless to quote something I'm not focusing on, that is why it's 'broken up'. It's hypocritical to want to stop a flame war when you're flaming someone yourself. Again, run along and play.

 

Thanks for reaching out to us PredatorCookie about your opinion on the matter of voicing opinion on the Network through the forums. We appreciate suggestions on how we run and how we could be better at running the Network. We are continuously growing and continuously working on the Network to make it a wonderful place. We all come from different experiences in life which combined can create something wonderful. That is why I like the saying, "Two heads are better than one" -John Heywood. Constructive criticism is always acceptable, but when making a suggestion of giving criticism, try and provide a solution. This would really help your statement/suggestion get implemented or greatly considered.

In regards to HyperionCreative, there are multiple things that he has done to have made these events happen. His recent post being removed was not the only thing that has happened and therefore he was punished for it. What he had said was not acceptable to bring to the forums publicly. Hyperion has not taken the right steps and has not been very respectful while trying to be heard. Another thing about his last post was that he stated the problem that he had but did not suggest a solution.

Regarding staff needed on KitPvP to catch hackers, we are doing our best to get all the hackers. Our position on the staff team is completely voluntary. We are taking our free time to staff on Nobles to make sure everyone's time is enjoyable and players are not breaking any rules. Having staff on KitPvP all the time would be a hard task because we would need a player who plays on KitPvP for the majority of their time in the Network and fit our staffing requirements to get past the Helper stage. One thing that helps a lot is reporting hackers with solid evidence in the 'Report A Member' section. Staff also try to come on when called by a player to get on KitPvP for a suspected hacker. If you decide to go server hopping to find a staff member, I would like if I was told, 'There is a hacker on KitPvP (username of suspected hacker)'. Please try to keep this in message because we do not want you to be breaking the hackusating rule.

Staff are not too lazy to work on catching hackers. It takes time to find the hacker, watch the hacker, make sure they are hacking, start recording the hacker, get sufficient evidence, upload evidence, watching evidence to make sure it truly shows the suspected hack and then finally dealing the punishment. The hardest part is detecting the hack and getting sufficient evidence. If I am told there is a hacker on KitPvP I get on as fast as I can and try to work on the report. When you see a hacker, please DO NOT call them out in main chat. This is violating the hackusating rule and I see this happening all the time. I would rather have to worry about getting the evidence of the hacker than dealing with someone who is hackustating. Another issue that happens all the time is when someone tells me to do my job and catch the hacker. This is really aggravating because I am attempting while this is being said. I agree I am not the best at finding hackers but I am not going to give up unless I have really determined they are not hacking. I have spent upwards of 30 minutes at a time working on a single hacker report to get through the entire process.

Also, I PERSONALLY think with the Network just got worse. I'm thinking of leaving.
