Hello Noble Craft Community I barely make these types of Forum posts, near any posts however in my opinion I believe significant changes need to be made around the Noble Craft network including; Staff members, players and donators. I imagine by now the majority of people have recognised the once youtuber HyperionCreative has had his youtuber rank removed due to a forum post (Post removed). I also imagine a lot of people may be upset. Noble Craft has been a successful server several years now, having highs and lows however I've seen some exceptionally inacceptable actions taken place for people sharing thoughts and opinions. I would like to make clear once again "We have two ears and one mouth so that we can listen twice as much as we speak". Suggestions and Opinions aren't opposing your authority or saying the server is bad. They are expressing their thoughts to improve the server not make it worse. What I am saying is, don't be offended, take action and improve on the areas of improvement. I believe noble craft has a great future ahead and I don't think you would like to disappoint it with silly arguments on opinions, therefore if changes including; More staff on servers where staff are needed e.g. KitPvP are not dealt with unfortunately I don't see how Noble Craft can improve if they don't want to know what needs improving. HyperionCreative set out to help, not offend or make anyone uncomfortable. He was expressing his thoughts and I believe he shouldn't be penalized for his actions. Yes, this is my opinion. There's a difference between constructive criticism and outright bashing staff. There's a right way, and there's a wrong way to go about things. If we didn't listen to our community, we wouldn't have most of the features in the Lockboxes. Why should we listen to those who simply try to bash our team under the pretence they're giving us criticism?
Criticism isn't bad unless to interpret as its bad. I receive criticism as a room to improve and rather helpful. Your always going to get criticism what ever you do. However what you do with the criticism is up to you, act upon it, using it to improve what you've worked on... I have never seen the Post however I do know that HyperionCreative never wanted the post to be seen as bashing staff but as encouraging staff to be more active. I wouldn't of made this post if I didn't believe it wasn't needed. Noble you are an incredible owner and have a wonderful staff team. As Jack said before, please add more staff or supervision on KitPvP, as I see it as outrageous that nearly everyday there are more than 2 hackers disobeying rules. As I player it does get tiring having to find staff on other servers interrupting what they are doing to deal with situations which I feel unfair as most do a lot.
What bothers me is you people are commenting this while only knowing 0.05% of the full story. The forum post was the straw that broke the camel's back. I'm sorry, but blatantly dumping on something is not how you get stuff done. In the adult world, you put on your big boy pants and you actually attempt to constructively criticise what is going on alongside providing solutions. Even then, there is a proper medium to do that in. We are totally open to any suggestion. His posting regarding the kitpvp server was absolutely not a suggestion, it was a complaint. That's all well and good, we accept those too - with due proof. His comments made the staff team here look utterly incompetent and him being in the position he was in means that people believed him without any. That's unfair. It's very unfair to Lew_ who has put in literally thousands of hours of his time doing work that would normally be paid for free because he loves this network. It's unfair to Incomp who is in a very similar boat. It's unfair to NobleProductions who has poured his soul into this server over the past handful of years. Everytime there is an emergency, everytime something goes wrong and it is fixed, it is as a result of quick decision making that has made those three people shine. I am not forgetting Zombo_ and nedthefed who have made managing a staff team of this size actually even possible. It's outright unfair, because as a youtuber, we had a special relationship with him where he could just message any one of us for a private chat about how he felt. Instead of respecting any of that, any of those people, any of the time they put in, the money they have given up to make this community better he decided to follow the childish path and basically borderline flame us on the forums. No, sorry. He won't be getting his rank back, ever. That is a decision made by someone who is clearly incapable of reasoning. Nevermind the plethora of passive-aggressive posts that he has made on Youtube comments, his profile. He even screenshotted the post and put it on his profile directly after it was removed because we deemed it to be rule breaking.

What's outrageous is Hyperion tricking me by telling me for around 20 minutes that Noble said he could get YouTuber. I then finally believed him and gave him the rank to find out Noble said no such thing. We had the dignity to keep you at that rank instead of removing it because I made a mistake. I can't stand it when the community sides with a person with only knowing his side and believing him fully. Why would we keep a YouTuber, who is getting views from our community because he is an official YouTuber, still on the team when he is talking crap about our work? There is nothing positive ever said, you blow up small issues without positives making us look extremely bad, and you're an official YouTuber who everyone is going to believe.
Some people don't know the whole story and are making a big fuss, which is not needed. I have seen the thread Jack made, and I believe I have replied to it. Nonetheless, maybe making a public thread was not the best idea. Jack is one of my close friends, and I do support him. On the other hand though, I also support the staff team. I am not really taking sides, but remaining neutral. I don't exactly remember how he worded it, but if it sounded aggressive then I would understand Noble's statement. Although I don't remember it sounding aggressive, but I can somewhat see it happening. I believe that we should let this go and not make a big deal, Jack doesn't look like he is super angry and ready to make a 10 minute rant video *Cough MichaelSK_* .If he really wants to have the YouTuber rank back, I believe it should be done by developing trust and respect. Knowing that the owners are reasonable people, they wouldn't hold long grudges, unless special circumstances *Cough MichaelSK_*. Anyways, this "fued" does not involve us; making a bunch of threads wont solve the issue either. I respect your intentions PredatorCookie , but I believe that this is not the best way to cope with the situation. So all in all, they can handle the situation privately and appropriately. I also suggest that someone lock this thread, before a flame war breaks out. I don't want to fuel the fire, so don't take what I said personally or anything.
Not taking any sides either, but it seems kind of sad that this community is breaking apart . When I joined in June, it was happy, no arguement between players and staff, everyone cooperated, and people were enjoying themselves, never complaining. But now that is see these a lot more often, it makes me contemplate what's going to happen to the network over the past couple weeks or months. Really hope the staff and players stay strong and get through this.
Same. Not being rude, but this whole situation can be fixed by a gain of understanding and slight maturity. When I first joined the server, the community was so accepting and the staff were very cooperative and did not do things that the community would disagree with. However, I agree with staff in a way. Jack did not PM the staff team, and it caused a big issue. However, I hope the community grows from this experience.
I just want to say: I've never heard of HyperionWhateverHisNameWas until a week or two ago when a staff member revealed who put the flames out in my creeper farm, which was causing players to be attacked and killed, on my island. A YouTuber and a troll. Great combination. *sarcasm*
Lew thats not true and you know it. I asked you if i could have it and said that il have to talk to noble about it. you miss took my words and are the one at fault for that. I only intended to get details on the rank that day and look around everyone was happy with it in the community. I didnt talk crap about your work the server has became amazing since i last played it i mealy said that your staff team need to be more active on the pvp servers because of all the hackers so dont start twisting my words. Even when noble talked to me about the rank i even said that i only asked about it and you decided to give me it. We all know you mess up some times Lew so actually for once stop trying to cover up that you messed up that time.
