Please remove the no teleporting thing when falling. I really hate it! I have lots of ender pearls I throw to my island if I fall, whoops, it says no teleporting while falling, so I fall in the void and lose my items. This gets really annoying. Thanks
I'd rather have it removed, but it wouldn't be possible because if they made it take 2 seconds+ it wouldnt let them tp while falling because their falling (Moving). But I'd love to have it removed. My friend tried pranking me by falling off the island and tping back up but he started freaking out when he realized he can't tp while falling. So I think it might be a good thing that the devs added this because your not supposed to get back up on your island in the first place if your falling because... your already at a 1% chance of living and it's kinda nooby to remove it because you shouldn't be falling off your island much unless you are terrible at PvE or something like that. --- Double Post Merged, Jan 18, 2016, Original Post Date: Jan 18, 2016 --- Now, that should be allowed... tping back up with epearls...
I didn't know that you couldn't use ender pearls when falling. I've never fallen off before though, so I wouldn't know. In my opinion, it could be tweaked to allow ender pearl usage, but not /is or other teleportation commands.
A quick suggestion, have water streams on your island to make it so if you do fall you can catch the water before dying.
I don't have /fly anymore and enderpearls is all I got because my pets that I can fly on don't follow me when I fall. I hope this gets fixed because I've lost a lot of good things. ;-; When I constantly fall again and again with my stuff, it makes it less fun.. So uh yeah..
I've only purposely jumped off my island to test the falling limitations. Never have I fallen on accident. I like the people who can fly but forget to enable it that fall off. Makes me laugh so hard.
Um. Haha. Yeah, those people. Real stupid, haha. Haha. Erm... xD But anyway. A couple things I would like to address in this post. 1. Ender pearls. These are completely legit, and landing an ender Pearl shot on your island is as hard as getting the several pearls you need to make that shot. It isn't command based, so I don't see why they have to go as far as to removing smart ways of saving yourself. 2. Removing the "no commands while falling". I agree with this, as sometimes I'm falling (Onto my island, like just to get down faster). While I am doing that, maybe I am trying to run /echest, but nope. Can't. I mean, sure, it's another 2 seconds before I can run the command, but seriously? It's stupid. I mean, yes, you shouldn't be carrying your good items around when you're on your island, and you fall off. But really? At least let us enable fly while we are falling. 3. Water streams. These are a very good idea, but they could cause lag to players. In most cases, it wouldn't, but you never know. Players are bound to come up with a way to complain about having water streams on their island.
Cookie, if you'd allow me. I'd like to make a huge platform on y40 of your platform. Free of charge. This way when you fall, it'll be on a slab.
Okay, Here is what I'm resolving. Most people want this removed and I've lost all my mother trucking god stuff to it just fix it already!!!
If it's not broke, don't fix it. Most of the things people have complained about are intended by design. They just tend to think it's broke because they don't like it like that. I still don't get why people carry a bunch of stuff with them on Skyblock.

I've stated it before that ender pearls wouldn't be a bad idea to allow whilst falling, since ender pearls are obtainable by anyone, and it can be tricky trying to land a pearl on your island, like people have stated before. I am 100% sure they will NOT remove the no doing /fly while falling. (Edit: But who knows? Maybe I might be wrong, but I still hold to this.)
I'm a full-fledged Noble-VIP. I paid probably the same as everyone else for the rank. You paid for the rank just like I have. However, I don't complain like some of you guys do. I'm aware that I'm not entitled to special treatment just because I paid for something. The post I quoted above applies to you. If $60 makes you a proud donator to want to complain about something. I'm a proud $200+ donator that sees no fault in the design, only the players. Get it through your thick skull. Do not log out while hovering over nothing. Land your feet on a platform or go to /spawn. Login, enable your little /fly gadget and live happy knowing you can maneuver better than non-donators. Making a half-rabbit post like THIS is unnecessary when the context of your post says "I'm not trying to complain" yet your subject is threatening to quit if things don't go your way. I find it amazing that the non-donators are able to play and fully understand how to. Yet the some-to-most of the donating section just want to be handed things on a silver platter; all because they paid for their rank. So you fall and lose your items? That's one of the concepts of Skyblock, to not fall off. If you wanted to not fall off, you should populate Plots for once and bring that back to life. I sort of give to you guys about the enderpearls since that's a 'chance' to land kinda thing. But other complaints are just too extreme and horrible. But hey, what does Fox know, he just wants things to be more difficult.
