As most people are aware. Before the large update donators, from Sponsors to Noble VIP have been able to simply use /pv (number) and with no struggle. There also were signs placed around the entire map giving access to donators to access their vaults on the move. Nowadays, in the update I have seen that the command has been eliminated from being used from the entire map, but with the use of signs still there. I can see it is useful towards players without donating as they are now closer in relation towards power. Before people can quickly slip their weapons and valuables into their vaults in the danger of attack. I disagree with this act though as its good to have a distance between Ranked and Unranked players. People need distance between ranks and unranked as it gives them a reason to upgrade and donate. I don't mind the access just given to the KitPvP Spawn rather than the whole map or even just certain parts of the map, My ideas, but not my choice. Thanks, Well this is only my opinion. Yeah it can be really inconvenient at times. For example when you are at spawn, and you need something from one of your pvs because some people down below are in diamond.. You have to like awkwardly run to get your stuff without getting killed. It's just super inconvenient, and I would like it to go back to before..
Im gonna hop into this as well and say things I've heard and I believe. People have gone around saying this is how it was supposed to be in the beginning. While I believe that to be true, because let's face it, when you're on the run and you store your dia and pots away, it's no fun. But I somewhat like this idea for the fact that it's vastly different than other KitPvP servers. One thing I'd like added is the PV command or signs are allowed at spawn for convenience.
I do not really mind the use of signs, but it is kind of bull crappy that we don't have access to the private vaults at spawn, but players get Ender Chests at spawn.
To be fair, we all have access to the ender chests. However, we began to rely on the player vaults to put our gear in, and when player vaults got "fixed", it led to a lot of confusion and hate. Therefore, donors are likely to have close to nothing in their ender chests, leaving the players at an advantage. I don't understand why the command were implemented in the first place, since we had gotten used to using them on the fly. Especially for people like me who had all their diamond gear in PV1, which both signs are broken at the moment.

Also I agree we, Donators, have hardly anything in Enderchests and players get an advantage as they use it more. For me I don't understand why the command was eliminated.
