I am a regular on Noble survival as you all know, and it has come to my attention that there has been a severe lack of staff between the hours of 3pm-1am Australian time. That is what...15 hours? I don't know I suck at maths. Anyways, I know most of the players are from the other side of the world and the timezones are different therefore the player count is much lower, but that is over 12 hours of no staff which is concerning as there are still people playing on the server. I don't think it is fair to the players who are online the server during those hours who have to deal with issues such as scamming, bullying or griefing by themselves or have to wait hours until they finally get help. Most of the staff usually come online at 2am my time, with up to 5 staff at once...At this moment there are two players calling for help and no staff is online. Please try and fix this issue as it is frustrating. >-< Thanks for taking your time to read this!
Hello, michmallow. We are very aware of the fact that not many staff are on at the same time. The past few days, I have noticed the lack as well by me staying online until 5 am for me, central time. The few staff members that were on at the time, were me, Kattydid, shrekster, and Mint. We are trying to find a solution to this whether it is finding new helpers and whatnot. Thank you for posting about this to bring it further to our attention. For you, staff, and other players' attention, I personally will not be coming back on for a while due to personal reasons I will not discuss, but I will be gone for around a week. I hope the network goes well. I will only be able to come on for short periods.
If you have a problem, always check Plots or KitPvP. Unfortunately a lot of staff members have prefered server and get so involved that they forget to check the others.
One time I stayed up all night from my time 10 pm-4am and the only staff was incomp but he was afk 2 quarters of the time. For people like mich who's time zones are very different from North America and England this would be a very common problem. Maybe more astraulian staff?
