Hello, failmeat, for this, since you edited the thread, I had to look back through your edit. Staff disrespect has multiple meanings. Not only telling a staff member they are not or cannot do their job correctly. Example of staff disrespect is 'threatening, arguing, simply being rude to them, calling names, bullying, etc.) as far as that goes, staff disrespect can go a long way.
