We have noticed these issues occurring, and have been trying to combat them by switching providers over the last two days. Unfortunately, both providers have been getting hit hard by DDoS attacks (We are not sure if they are attacks towards us, or other servers on the protection), resulting in connection issues either for people in certain locations, or just overall connectivity issues. Apologies for the issues.
