You were replied to multiple times on both disputes. First was accepted and second denied. On the first, I accepted thinking you would change since it were only for caps and small offenses. I did not notice you recieved 4 chat mutes/offenses within 12 days. And with one mute being 4 days, that is very often. I replied and accepted your first dispute/appeal and said it was your last chance and I had other staff unmute you. Because it were your last chance and your dispute was accepted once, I also stated that you are not to be posting another mute dispute. After you were unmuted, you recieved two more mutes although you were warned and should have learned your lesson. You were permanantly muted once again and will remain the same no matter what you do. I am not sure why you did not recieve a notification to the disputes and will ask Noble about it. To sum things up, you were perm muted once, unmuted, and perm muted again for chat offenses. If we look at your records, you were warned once, and muted four other times. The fourth mute being your permanant mute which was lifted by me. After it being lifted, you used caps, and spammed and recieved a second, last, and unliftable perm mute. Please remember that you are not post another mute dispute.

I see that you have used profanity, have disrespected another player, and have used caps multiple times. Using caps towards another player shows anger towards them and is also disrespectful.
