Let's be honest. EVERY staff member here has had that ONE player to deal with that refuses to listen. They continue to advertise for a server, or do all kinds of crap. And then they get permanently banned. They HATE to do that. I know from personal experience (got a staff job on another server, explanation for inactivity) and it SUCKS. That permanent ban command is like stabbing someone with a double edged sword. Then they post a ban appeal saying you abused your power and that they are allowed to advertise. Ticks you off, right? Then, they accept the ban appeal. Repeat that process twice. You talk to the owner, laughs in your face, permanently bans you, AND he posts a thread saying why I was permanently banned due to "abuse of staff command and utter disrespect towards the owner". So honestly, let's appreciate our staff team more, and stop giving them so much crap. I mean, seriously. They put up with enough behind the scenes. A big round of applause is not only the courteous thing to do: I'd consider it mandatory. The way they unquestionably put up with us, and have extreme patience. Bravo, and may your hard work pay off. You deserve a whole lot more credit than what I'm giving you here. A 10 minute thread is nothing. So let's pull together our staff selfies, bring up old memories, and what the heck. Why not just give 'em some roses while we're at it. Today was Memorial Day, so let's remember the good times we had with staff. They won't be here forever, so let's treasure them. For the good times, and through the rages, the salt, the pepper, the diamonds, the deaths, the hackers, and the spammers. Our Noble-Craft staff is truly great, and is deserving of some serious respect. Thank you.
We put a lot of blood, sweat and tears into what we do on Noble Craft. Everyone pulls their weight, which is what makes the staff and community such an amazing one. Thank you dynite for this post. The Noble Craft staff team is phenomenal, and I wouldn't replace any one of them. However; this team wouldn't be the way it is if it weren't for our community. We love and appreciate everyone who is dedicated to the NC community. I've been part of much larger communities, and I can honestly say, that this community is why I love NC so much. You are what makes NC my favourite network. Staff and community, we are one. #NCFamily <3
I'm all for #NC family but sometimes people can be VERY annoying wich is coming from me a player with no responsibilities so I can't imagine wat its like me for staff
As a player (one of the most annoying) i have been trying to respect the staff as much as i can cuz its just my life of trying to be kind to lots (unless ticked off). but in reality even tho i have broken a few rules i know the staff has been going through tough roads like life or just even applying to this jobs in the server
