Hello everyone! If you've been on the website recently, or are currently reading this you might notice that on the top navigation bar where it says "Home", there has been a new feature added. This feature is called "Support Center". What is Support Center? Support Center is the new area where you can submit any issues regarding, purchase support, bug reports, name changes, ban/mute appeals, and staff abuse reports. How do we use it? We have made it so that it is very simplified to the public. All you have to do it click "Support Center" on the top navigation bar. It should then redirect you to another page. This page will contain 5 options, you must choose one of the following options that pertains to your issue that you need support with. The options are: Bug Report Form: Here you would report any bug related issues either on the website or in game. This could be anything from glitches that you are unsure or know about affecting the way the server is usually run, or simply just an issue on the site, where you can't post on a forum or apply for Helper. Purchase Support: Here you would report any purchase related issues. If you have purchased a rank and have not received in within 20 minutes of your purchase, you would report it here. This area is for any of the purchase issues from http://store.noble-craft.net/. Name Change Request: This one is pretty self-explanatory. If you have changed your In Game name and would like it to match up with your site name, you would submit a request here. Mute/Ban Appeal: If you feel like you have been wrongfully muted/banned, you would submit an appeal to try to get the punishment lifted. You must provide a convincing argument as to why your ban/mute should be lifted. If you have been wrongfully punished, and have proof to prove you have not committed the offense, you may provide a screenshot of that as well. Report a Staff: This area is to report any staff abuse that you may see whilst on the Network or on Forums. We request you provide as much proof as possible in order to ensure that we are punishing the staff in the most fair way possible. Who will be in charge of the Support Center? I am pleased to let you all know that I will now be Head of Customer Support for Noble Craft as well as Staff Management Lead. I will be checking the forums daily to make sure your request is answered as quickly as possible. I request that you do not inbox me or message me regarding anything that you have submitted. If I have any questions regarding anything that you may have missed in the process of submitting your tickets, I will message you. We simplified the Support Forums in order to ensure the best possible way for us to help you get the support you need. It's great. Now I don't have to look at the form constantly, and then by that time there's already a report there.
If you look at the top of the page where it says; home, forums, store, rules...etc. it's there saying "Support Center".
