Hello players and staff. I am here to announce some news or some changes I would like to make when me playing on Noble-Craft. First off I wanna say is that I am proudly to be staff even though I got it a month ago. Secondly, I wanna say is that I will start being more serious on the Network. I let too many people get away with breaking rules, and I have to tell you guys that I can't let you get away as easily anymore. I love being nice, but you guys take advantage over me. I have to start being stricter. I don't mind somebody accidentally using caps or something on accident, but I let you guys get away with too much stuff. I'm sorry I have to be this way, but I have to do my job and remind you guys to follow the rules. Third, I wanna say that I will be dedicating more work towards Noble-Craft. That means I will be on more, and dedicating my full attention towards players instead of letting them get away with breaking rules. I felt terrible for letting down the Staff Team for that, but I promised myself to dedicate my full attention towards what needs to be done instead of worrying about doing other things that aren't as important as doing my job. Another thing I wanted to state is I will be learning more plugins and starting my own little mini server to do YouTube Minecraft Lets Plays on. I'm not advertising, I'm just asking if anybody wanted to get my Skype, and maybe do a Lets Play with me? One or two people will be okay if you would like to be in it. It will be of course survival and I'm thinking of doing something like they did in the Mary and Dad's Minecraft Adventures series on YouTube. Anyways, that is the news I have for me for now. Being a staff member isn't just about being a hammer banger, you have to fix problems with the tools you have, and its all about the player. A players satisfaction is our goal. Everything we do is for the players, from coding to building. Hell even the small things like google docs, just be for the server, don't try to become a staff member just for power, your rank or status means nothing if you don't use it.
Oh, I understand. I never signed up for the power of banning people, I signed up because I wanted to help the community. I never imagined my rank by how small it is compared to actually helping the network and doing things for the network. That is how I always imagined it, and will never imagine it any other way.
