Alright. So before we start here, I want to say, this is NOT hate on the server, the way it runs, its staff team, and/or its rules. When the Representative staff rank was introduced, Ace made the rank sound a lot easier to obtain. And it probably is slightly easier. However, (staff, feel free to edit this if I'm not allowed to say it), my issue is a slight immaturity. Is that a really big issue? I doubt it. So that means I might have a chance at the rep rank? Possibly. But nope, I get rejected the first time. I'm probably going to be applying again, because I have a big interest in being part of the staff team. But maybe explain to us the first time that the expectations are a lot higher than we (I) actually think? Maybe I'm just not "staff member material" and maybe that's the way it's gonna stay. But then you should explain to us what a bottom-line application would be so we have a feel for if we have a chance for the staff team or not.
When writing your application, consider what your intentions are, and convey them as best as you can. One particular aspect to the Representative application is that it is not a way to get around writing an in-depth application for Helper. Anyone can have the chance of receiving the Representative rank if their intentions are in the right place, and they have shown on the server they can be a great member of our staff team.
