Okay. First, what operating system are you on?

Second, there's no need for all caps.

Okay. Windows 10 automatically installs a generic MS graphics driver. This is a compatibility driver and is also the reason your NVidia driver is failing to install, as two different drivers are not safe to install on-top of each other.

    In order to remove it:

    1. Right-Click the START MENU icon. http://prntscr.com/9x266v
    2. Left-Click DEVICE MANAGER. http://prntscr.com/9x26cc
    3. Find DISPLAY ADAPTERS and expand the list.
    4. Right-Click your NVidia adapter.
    5. Left-Click Uninstall.
    6. Wait a while for it to uninstall.
    7. Restart when prompted.
    After restarted:

    Repeat steps 1 & 2 above.
The NVidia adapter should be shown with a yellow caution sign. This indicates it has no driver.
Install your NVidia driver via the NVidia panel.

I'm assuming you're on a laptop since we have the same Intel onboard graphics.

Do you have the NVidia graphics card properly installed? This question is hardware and not software.

If you believe it is properly installed, go to Action on the top of the DEVICE MANAGER window. Click Scan for Hardware Changes. If you don't see that option, expand any of the device lists and try again.

Then you'll need to turn your computer off, open the computer case and reseat the NVidia adapter. Do you know what motherboard you have?

I see. You'll need someone who's tech-savvy in-person then. You wouldn't want to accidentally ruin the adapter.

The Intel HD 4600 is capable of playing Minecraft at very low settings. I play it like that. I also play World of Warcraft at medium settings.
